Study Finds Multitude of Bacteria on Human Skin

Sometimes all the education a standard university or pre-college academic program has to offer does not replace common sense. Some people choose to accept facts, others need "scientific proof" to validate something is real. What is factual though: Some people have greater abilities to "see things" others do not have the ability to see. Sometimes we don't need a PHD rocket scientist to tell us there are numerous "life forces" living in, on, and around us. http://www.HealingNews.com

the lack of scientific understanding in these comments is appaling.. the scientists are using genetic sequencing technology to identify diffrent species of bacteria on the skin.

the scientists studiying this cant even make any conclusions on the implications of these findings. so why is it you lay-people suddnly have all the answers?

rubbing some "pro-biotic" salve on your skin wont magically make your skin ailments go away, and the bacteria that live upon your skin dont create some sort of magical bio-electric feild (IE aura) which is visible to specialized cameras and mediums.

Well, to get a report like this, at least the research organizations made $millions - we all need financial help at times.

In metaphysical research and holistic / natural healing, we don't get $millions to explain this, though. We call "bacteria and other micro-organisms" around our bodies as "aura". Each body has its own "glow", depending a lot on what one puts in their body. Sometimes these "auras" smell rank, sometimes showers help wash them away, and others are laced with artificial perfumes and / or fragrances, depending on the individual.

When on the body, these "creepy crawlers" are a result of what emanates from our skin, and to a greater extent what we eat and live on. That's why body odor and other challenges we all deal with at times are quite different from person to person. http://www.HealingNews.com

Just like we need beneficial bacteria for healthy GI/gut function, perhaps we need beneficial bacteria for healthy skin. I have mild eczema and installing a water purifier/dechlorination system has helped rid my skin of eczema. I thought chlorine was simply acting as an irritant. Perhaps the chlorine was also killing my beneficial skin bacteria. I recently started swimming in a heavily chlorinated pool and my eczema is returning.

Its about time they found out how many species of bacteria are on the skin and probably everywhere else. I wonder what took them so long to start looking on the skin. All they needed was a some high power microscope to pick them out.

I find it hard to believe biology hasnt really progressed to the point we have the bad bacteria off us. I wonder what happened. I guess the game and year spent identifying them as oppose to getting rid of the bad ones.
