Standard table salt, the white stuff chemically known as sodium chloride, has a much different effect on bodies than unrefined natural salts. At the web's "Healing News Network" we have done extensive research on this. In fact, tests claim unrefined salt has little or no effect on blood pressure, while it helps maintain electrolyte and osmotic balance. Rich in minerals, some unrefined sea salts have actually helped reduce blood pressure.
