My mother had her first heart attack at age 54 after putting up with a new boss who would do things like coming in at 4:45 with work he wanted done the next morning. He'd praise her work skills, saying "I know you can do it." She had put in for a transfer but it didn't come through in time. Fortunately she survived and succeeded in getting a disability settlement, but she might have lived longer if she hadn't have had that first one.
