Waiting for my Apnia sleep machine.During the trial period with the Test Loaner it was very hard to get used to wearing a Face mask. The Anxiety of the Mask kept me awake most of the night even though I was very sleepy. In the 3 day trial period i think I only slept about 3 hrs per night and woke up with the Mask off - I guess I took it off - I don't remember.

While you are correct, you are going to have no luck fighting that battle.

The number one cause of bear attack is sleeping in front of a bear's cave. So, in this case, less sleep is better. I'm surprised the researchers at SDSU didn't identify this trend.

It's titled "Sleepless Nights Plague America" but then they go on to speak of the United States and United Statesians only, the US and United Statesians are less than 1/3 of America. There are over 970 million Americans but only about 280 million of those are United Statesians. There are about 305 million people in the US but about 20 million are immigrants and about 5 million are Hawaiians, Hawaiians although as United Statesians as any are not Americans, they are Pacific Islanders.
