You can also use a program called "Radiation Passport" for the iphone and ipods that tracks all of your radiation exposure, and gives you the cancer risks associated with your exposure.

You can use the site www.xrayrisk.com to calculate radiation dose from exams including CT scans, x-rays, nuclear scans and interventional procedures. The site also estimates cancer risk based on those studies.
