Mercury in Fish Linked to High Blood Pressure

The population studied eats "marine mammals" which most likely include whale and seal blubber, known sources of dietary contaminants. There are currently studies being done on the effect of selenium in fish neutralizing the mercury, so it seems to me that this study is majorly flawed from the start. I see no reason to infer that fish is the culprit here, when it's most likely whale blubber, something most of us have never even tasted, mush less eat on a regular basis.
