If you take at least 2,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 daily, you can prevent both strains of the flu and heart attacks! If you unfortunately acquire either flu strain, load up on extra doses of Vitamin D for a quicker recovery!

Who sez pan flu and seasonal flu are both circulating this fall and winter?

Some, most, or all seasonal strains may be "crowded out" as the pandemic virus circulates.

After several weeks of pandemic flu H1N1 circulating in countries like Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, there was virtually no seasonal H1N1 circulating, and miniscule percentages of seasonal H3N2.

For older people, this could turn out to be the mildest flu season in many years, if the main circulating flu virus is pan flu H1H1, and if it continues to spare most people over 65.
