I have vasovagal cyncope, most of the time I'm dizzyand I get lightheaded, several times I've passed out. What can I do to keep this illnes under conteral? or mybe you can sen me more infomation about it.

I TAKE 1 BABY ASPIRIN EVERY NIGHT BEFORE BED. IS THAT A GOOD TIME TO TAKE IT? IS IT BETTER IN THE A.M. TO TAKE IT. ALSO , IS 1 ENOUGH? I'VE BEEN ON THIS REGIMEN FOR YEARS.
