“What is your CRP?” C-reactive protein may be a better indicator of heart attack than cholestrol. Purified Omega 7 has been clinically shown to reduce CRP — up to 75% in one month. Take the CRP Challenge!

Purified Omega 7 (palmitoleic acid) can potentially help in the fight against diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and atherosclerosis. This is exciting news because Purified Omega 7 "antagonizes" all three because it has been shown to decrease insulin resistance, decrease hepatic fat accumulation, and decrease inflammation - with no evident side effects.

"no one wants to exercise..." What kind of comment is that? Obviously written by a non-exerciser, is my guess. I'm an athlete, and I look forward to activity, training, and competing on a regular basis. I don't know what I would do if I could not exercise. I love it! Certainly making comments like that is not going to get people to run out and start an exercise program.

Hey! Some of us DO like to exercise. And guess what? Some of us LIKE being healthy and putting out the effort to do so.

Zija SmartMix (from the Moringa tree) helps restore red blood cell structure, function and differentiation - and based on the reduced inflammation of my stricken family members, it has done so by reducing inflammation.

Like the CRP, the Erythrocyte (red blood cell) Sedimentation Rate (ESR) is a test used to determine the presence (but not the location) of inflammation in the body.

Sedimentation rate increases when the blood cells stick together - creating rouleaux when really stuck. These clusters and rouleaux settle faster and farther than distinct and separate Erythrocytes, causing a higher sedimentation rate.

Now that you know about the ESR, check out the:

Every time I have my c reactive protein tested it is elevated (5.5 last .time),

I eat an extreme organic diet with little to no meat I exercise daily with extreme workouts. I take many vitamins in attempt to keep it low. But nothing helps. I had a heart scan and it was normal. Why is the level still elevated.

I have always had high cholesterol. over 240 even when I was younger. I have been taking statins for over 15 yrs. My cardiologist has been prescribing them ever since I had an angioplasty. I have been on all kinds at one time or another. Mevacor, lipitor, crestor, zetia, zocor, and vytorin (which is zocor and zetia combined.

I had a bad reaction to some of these mainly lipitor and crestor. So I have been taking vytorin for about 4 yrs. The dose was 40 mg on vytorin once a day. My cholesterol level was lowered down to 150 and I started to feel bad, about 3 yrs ago. Then 2 years ago I had to have open heart surgery ( a triple bypass). I said to my doctor "why have I blocked arteries so quickly since I was on vytorin". He said "I don't know, but it was not the statins). My doctor was convinced that statins unblock arteries (which is false). Consequently he kept raising the dosage of my meds. My cholesterol levels went down to 124 (way too low for a normal person. Now I find out from my own research that some doctors believe that vytorin can cause blockages.

The vytorin was prescribed at 40 mg and eventually raised to 80mg since my cabg. ( open heart surgery). Now over two years later I have been diagnosed with ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease.) The more research I have done the more it points to the fact that ILD is caused by statins, namely zocor or in conjunction with zocor combined with zetia or in other words (vytorin). There are many side effects from taking statins. This is the worst thing, ILD is a progressive lung disease of which there is no cure.

I now am on oxygen 24/7 and cannot work or do much of anything. This is a death sentence for sure it will be a premature one for me. I do not have any other medical problems and was working up until 6 mo. ago, when I started coughing up blood and was put on oxygen by my pulmonologist. My oxygen levels are 88 when sitting and with any walking or moving it is down to 70's. My delco level went from 57 in nov. to 27 now in june. I am now going to Mayo Clinic to see if there is anything to help me at least get off the oxygen.

I am obviously upset about the false information I was given about statins. The drug manufactures still do not tell the truth about statins and how dangerous they are. In Europe and Canada it has to be labeled on the bottles with a warning about the dangers of taking statin drugs. In America the home of capitalists, it is not printed unless you do a lot of research to find out the truth.

In conclusion, My worst fear is that in years to come with so many people taking statins, there will be thousands of people with lung problems that cannot be cured. If you are taking statins, please do the research necessary to inform yourself of the dangers. This may open your mind and save your life, or at least keep from shortening it prematurely.
