There is no reason why anyone, black or white, pick or blue, indian, or whatever race you are cannot take the initiative to educate themselves and ask questions. Many people want the answers to magically appear to them without putting any effort themselves. I agree with the previous comment... It is nothing more than a lack of compliance to want to learn and educate themselvs for the most part.
Yes there are some people who are unable to for various reasons, but for the most part, there are numerous buncles of information avalable. All they have to do is ask or do the research on their own... but in todays age, we would rather be served than do work ourselves....

being in this field daily and in many areas makes this easy to see. The younger the patient the less compliant they are. They do not take meds as needed and are hard to convince of the need. Many are homeless without family support and just comr to treatments when they feel like it.
