That's kinda how this works; a vaccine works with your body but it still is a medicine. You can't expect the shot to react to everybody exactly the same and manufacturing defects can occur. It sucks but you could just get hepatitis...

Exactly what does "appears safe" mean? That it is safe until it isn't?
Shouldn't we be told that it is safe? I mean before someone injects it into our arm?
