It seems promising. I wonder if there was any traction since then and if it's still successful as described in this story: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/05/070521155314.htm

I'm 16 and have had hep. c since birth. I've tried the Pegasus study, but was on the ribavirin plasebo. I lost almost two and a half years tring to get back to normal, now I'm facing starting the treatment again this summer, and the cost (because I'm not on the study) is going to take a big toll on my family. I can't afford to have this treatment fail again. Please. If you have any information, I would SERIOUSLY appreciate it.

I volunteer!!! I want it anyway I can get it. I actually think I have had this since I was an infant. That was over a half century ago. I had some success with the regular treatment but a complication stopped my treatment. I loved the few weeks I was free of the disease. I actually felt like I never felt in my life.

How long before SPC3649 can be used in a clinical trial. I'd like to volunteer.
