I've been a diabetic for over 35-years now, the first 10 - 15 years were in denial and this cause me to make the necessary changes in my diet and life style. Today after being sick and tired of being sick and tired, I'm on a strict diet on vegetables and ionize-alkaline water. No sodas, juices, power drinks or bottle water. I educated myself on the Internet and decided that who was responsible for my health, was ONLY me. No doctors, wife, family members or neighbors know my body then I do.

If you are diagnose as a diabetic, there IS hope, but YOU have to take charge of your life. The blame is all mind, because I put the WRONG type of food into my mouth and I ate too much, so the results is DIABETES and more health problems. Now I'm slowly turning things around. I'm more focus of reaching this goal, the goal of a healthier life. Because of the diabetes, I had two heart attacks, one stroke and two congested heart failures... I was tired of this life style. I Do HOPE THAT THIS STORY HELP YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
