I've been a type 1 for over fifty years and still haven't had success with keeping blood sugars under control and would like to be a part of this study. Please e-mail me. Thank you.

Thank you! Thank you, Mr. Kovatchev for your diligence in your Artificial Pancreas project. Please know that your efforts are truly appreciated by me and my family.

My daughter was diagnosed just last year at age 10 with Type 1 diabetes. Watching her struggle to get a handle on monitoring a disease that requires constant attention has been heartbreaking at times. Knowing that there are researchers like you working to improve the quality of her life, as well as many others, is certainly a comfort.

Our hopes and prayers are with you!

I am 37 years old and was diagnosed with Type I 36 years ago. I am a new mom and attribute my successful pregnancy to very tight blood sugar control. I wear an insullin pump and have been using the continuous glucose monitor. These have afforded me A1C's from 5.2 to 5.4. This is not at all easy. I would love not to have to work so hard to do something that shouldn't require my decision making skill at all. I would very much love to participate in any trials for closing the loop. I want to be a part of this great discovery in the making.

I am the daughter mentioned in the last comment! :)

My daughter has been a type 1 diabetic since age one. She is now 37 and recently had a baby. She is in great health due to good control. It would be wonderful to see her free from continually thinking about control. Send info on your trial.

I have had diabetes since I was 14 years old, 35 years ago. I have been very careful about keeping my diabetes under control. I am extremely interested in trying to make my life easier. I wear an insulin pump, which I have had for 10 years.

I am very interested in learning more about this study and process.

Thank you
