My husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer 1 1/2 yrs ago in his right kidney. Had it removed one year ago last July. Had to take cancer pills. Took the pill for 8 months. Now he has started to take the cancer pill again because he has small nodules on his lower right lung. When surgery was done to remove the right kidney they did not get all the lympnodes this is why he has to take the cancer pill for now on. Have apply for compensation 2 times and denied both times. We just have to keep applying for this so maybe the VA will keep looking into the cancer for the kidney to be associated with the Agent Orange.

My father served in Vietnam 67-68. He was exposed to Agent Orange. He is on the Regisrty. My father was diagnosed with Renel Cell Carsanoma (Kidney Cancer) in Jan. 2011. This was found by the VA hospital on accident. I lost my father to the Cancer in Jan of 2012. This cancer is very aggressive and showed up with no warning in the end stage. I truly believe as did most of the doctors at the VA hospital in Boston that this cancer was caused by the Agent Orange. I hope it can be proven so that these Hero's can be recognized for thier sacrafice.

My father had Kidney cancer. He first had it in 1982 and it was speculated that he had it for many years before it was found. In 2001 he was diagnosed with stage four Kidney cancer. However, this time they were unable to save him and he died in 2009. He was heavily exposed to Agent Orange in the late 60's while serving in Vietnam. I have no doubts that he cancer was a result of that and wish it would be recognized.

I am a viet nam vet served in country 67/68 Army Engrs. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer March 2011 stage 3 with a fureman 4 rating. I am on clinical study at Stanford California. I have applied twice nothing yet. It sounds like I am wasteing my time.

I guess the VA hopes the next 25 years goes fast, by then most of us viet nam vet will be dead.

Veitnam vet and found to have renal cancer at 49 years of age. Have been fighting VA for 12 years in final appeals now. When you vote for Congress Members and Pres in 2012 ask how they feel about it.

Good Luck!!!

I will continue to believe that a cover up is being done, because of the money that would have to be spent to those who have had agent orange exposure and their problems from it.

I am 67 years old and had kidney cancer 8 years ago, I was exposed to agent orange. They removed my right kidney. They said it was a weird tumor and sent it to Texas for study I am 100% disabled from agent orange. I think it was caused from agnt orange. I am the only one in my family to ever have cancer.
