but I am a nurse and have been studying this for over 10 years. In fact, the truth is exactly the opposite of your premise. It has been well known that HPV causes cervical cancer and head and neck cancers and that condoms would not work, but they were trying to preserve the reputation of condoms and covered up the cancer facts. Go to pubmed.gov and search for oral cancer HPV and see what year the oldest article comes up!!

"Oral Sex" doesn't cause cancer. This article is designed to try and scare people away from oral sex (good luck with that - IMHO)

HPV causes cancer in fairly rare occurrences, when left untreated, like about a billion other chemicals and infections.

Oral sex is one of a million ways to get HPV, right up there with kissing (gasp?), and not washing your hands after wiping.

My old mantra - follow the money. Even money says this "study" is funded by some group with the world "Family" somewhere in the name, and any scientist who participates must have any work, future and past, looked at with a very skeptical eye following something as idiotic and alarmist as this.

If you really want authentic information, I would highly recommend the book: The HPV Vaccine Controversy by Shobha Krishnan. M.D. http://www.thehpvbook.com/ She is also the Founder and President of The Global Initiative Against HPV and Cervical Cancer http://www.giahc.org/.

More and more people are living with H...Meet others positive at pozmingle,com.19 million new people are infected with STD each year. Are you one of them? More than five million people are infected with HPV each year. Hepatitis B is 100 times more infectious than HIV. Two-thirds of Hepatitis B (HBV) infections are transmitted sexually.
