Cynthia Janak and I presented a power point presentation to the FDA on HPV Vaccine Mechanisms of Action in Women - including Endocrine Influence - in October of last year and we noted the affect of estrogen and histamine influence on HPV prevalence.

Estrogen stimulates HPV production. The real question is: if women already have HPV and are administered the HPV vaccines, Gardasil or Cervarix - what are the consequences? Gardasil' s safety and efficacy is for women not previously exposed to HPV. It is possible that the the high rates of adverse reactions and deaths are due to the fact that HPV is more prevalent in the population than one is led to think? Administering the vaccine to girls in menarche - with irregular menstrual cycles and who may be estrogen dominant is risky business.

My question is whether clinical studies were conducted on the effects of hormonal changes and the HPV vaccines?

My fear is that the information in this study will be spun by pharma marketing professionals and used as a fear tactic to scare women into getting the vaccine.
