Studies on mice have shown that copper absorbed through the skin accumulates in the liver, kidneys and testicals. This copper interferes with cellular functions leading to the production of free radicals which can damage the cells' DNA and can lead to cancer.

studies are now showing that copper molecules from standard currency can seep through fibrous materials and skin, resulting in an increased risk of cancer - particularly from loose change in a persons pocket. this is something that should be taken into account.

The research on cell phones and giloma, a type of brain tumor whose cause being linked to EMR or EMF is still debated, though not well researched and concluded in this country, shows a substantial link in other studies done in the EU, Russia, Finland and Canada conclude there is a direct link.

With the www available to everyone with an internet connection, one would imagine, a journalist reporting on such topics would find this information as well.

Here's the link Megan, FYI http://www.ewg.org/project/2009cellphone/cellphoneradiation-fullreport.pdf

There are 100's of reports/studies done that show artificial sweetners are dangerously harmful to the body. All of them, strangely enough, not funded by the people selling it. They found the cure for cancer 90 years ago but it doesn't involve massive amount of artifical drugs so, again, strangely, the FDS has made it illegal for a certified MD to treat with anything but treatment that everyone knows doesn't work?? Hey Megan, if you use a computor, (which is doubtful considering the misinformation you just posted), do a cross search on the top officers of the FDA and how many of them have, will or are currently working for the big drug and food manufacturers!!It is estimated that within a very few years 1 out of every three americans will have some type of cancer.Megan, if you believe the crap your reporting your are going to be one of them. You wanna kill yourself, go for it, but what's criminal is you reporting this total BS to an unsuspecting public. How do you sleep at night??

This opinion focuses on the irrelevant. Ms. Johnson apparently knows very little about cancer, its origins, and its causes. The "cancer industry" (along with vaccines) has become a cash cow for Big Pharma, and the National Cancer Institute was formed to basically perpetuate the disease and cover up its cures. The last thing the kingpins want is to cure an enormously profitable disease. Cancer is actually nothing more than a fungus and cannot survive in an alkaline body pH or an oxygenated environment. Artificial sweeteners are HUGE contributors to an acidic pH, where cancer cells thrive. The mineral supplement platinum is also a cancer protectant. Eat fresh raw organic vegetables and fruits regularly, and avoid these five garbage foods: soda pop, potato chips, french fries, sweetened pastries, and processed meats.

The write up is quite informative, however, there is a controversal thought after reading the statin drugs. According to the review study by Richard Karas of Boston's Tufts University School of Medicine, if statin drugs are not cancer causing and yet lower LDL is, then why take the the drugs to lower the LDL? What level of LDL will be in the cancer risk zone?

Most people won't comment on one of the side effects of statin drugs is memory loss. They keep that hidden since no one would sacrifice their memory for a not so certain cure for keeping your heart healthy. I for one would not. The first person I heard on tv that announced that was Dr. Oz.

I'm extremely surprised that ETS (aka "second hand smoke") wasn't listed among these "since found false" causes of cancer. I am providing a link to a peer-reviewed article in an epidemiological journal that outlines the type of junk science committed by anti-smoking activists along the same lines as the junk science that supported cap-and-trade and which has since been unmasked:
