what does it help with bone loss, and too much vitamin d3 can store too much fat in your body, should a blood test be done annualy along with a dexa scan? to check for cholesterol and body mass for fat, and see if the bone has been restored and no loss has occured especially in women for hips

Human bodies only haves significant stores of Vitamin D3 when plasma 25(OH)D levels are above 50ng/ml.

Generally speaking it takes 1000iu/daily for each 25lbs weight to maintain 25(OH)D levels above 55ng/ml.

Grassrootshealth D Action offer cost price 25(OH)D testing as part of a trial.
