This is a bogus test. I have had 2 biopsies and they were negative. I had a slighly higher PSA and the urologist wated to give me a third biopsy. I said llets do another PSA. I made sure I was fully hydrated with water as I tend to not drink enough. and my PSA was 2.0 points lower the second test. That it went from 6.5 to 4.5. The Urologist canceled the biopsy. I am done playing his game. its nonsense.
