I tried all the types of patches and lozenges. It wasn't until I found the e-cig called "Blu", that I was actually satisfied and not "craving" that cigarette. Within days, I've been using it less and less. The result is that I have more energy and a much better outlook on life. I like that I don't stink like an ashtray. It makes me want to be around people more. Being disabled is bad enough, but, add the smell of cigarettes and even dogs don't like you any more. At 53, I look like 60, just from smoking. Wish I'd have found this product 30 years ago.

im trying to quit smoking now its only been a week since i had one but that 50 bucks in my pocket, yup the government pretty much made me stop. sure i quit for a year and half after my son was born, but then my ex wife kidnaped him so sure i took it up again, i figured i smoked25 years at a pack a day unless i was drinking then alil more .I am glad to put them behind me i miss them alot but what freaking good are they, wasted alot of time smoking and money, my health is still great at 42 , i still hack up brown now and then , but not as much as i was during my smoking years forget them stupid sticks.chew gum, carry all types of gum so you have a choice .

I can't believe that cigarettes are still legal after all the evidence there is that it is a cancer-causing killer. Both of my parents died in there early 50's due to smoking and cancer. There is truly something wrong with our government in that it allows this product to continue to be legal and easily available to our young people, who are the target of tobacco companies, and easily fooled into believing that smoking is cool and isn't harmful. So what if the tobacco industry takes a hit! There are many other products that can be grown and sold instead. 400,000 people per year die from cigarettes. The people who produce this deadly product should be in prison with the other callous, pre-meditated murderers.
