Hello!

I've recently found

a marvelous program to lose fat and get six pack abs It is called Abs IQ – http://www.absiq.com

P.S. The program was developed by Bogumil Gizewski a former top fashion model who went to become a top celebrity fitness trainer so he really knows his stuff when it comes to burning fat and getting six pack abs. I was very impressed with all the knowledge and tips he shares in this program. Also I would suggest you visit Bogumil's personal website at http://www.bogumilgizewski.com and sing up for his free fitness newsletter.

Bye and good luck!

See a show that dedicates a half hour a day to cancer and all the latest advances in research, including adult stem cell treatments.

Your Cancer Today is televised around the world and on the web, it is part of the solution to inform people about treatments available.

Are you a cancer survivor? You don't sound like one. You also don't sound like somebody who works for wages and not a nice salary.

My insurance for stage III breast cancer was through my airline captain husband - the world's largest airline. It was good before they went through bankruptcy. It frightens me to think that if my cancer comes back what we'll do. Even with premium health insurance coverage the first time around, it cost plenty and that was with free flight benefits to the nations' best comprehensive cancer center for almost two years.

And as far as "you should've invested in health care" - I did. It wasn't my fault that the local medical establishment in their antiquated ad hoc approach missed my cancer for two to three years - and no it wasn't a lump BTW. Then they proceeded to mis-diagnose and mis-stage it. I'd be dead today had I not got a second opinion and commuted halfway across the country for treatment - something that very few, even with good benefits are able to do - especially when the insurance companies penalize them for going out of area.

Bottom line: you don't know what you're talking about, and at the national healthcare policy forum I attended last night, very few doctors and administrators would agree with you either.

You must work in HR.
