We are in an age of blanket diagnoses. If you look deep enough every kid has something "wrong" with them. There are no perfect human specimines out there.
However, the research methodology quoted here is faulty: Surveys and polls are not controlled first of all. "...according to parental reports...(parents are experts in epidemiology now?)"
Secondly, ADD, ADHD, and "delays" are among the most subjectively diagnosed "disorders" there are.
Lastly, lumping all of these types of disorders into one pool elevates the percentage of overall population in your numbers; thereby making this sound like an epidemic.

When your babies get around 25 shots when they are born.. That's where the autism and ADHD starts, wake up America, it's all about the money between the FDA and the Pharmacies, we're talking trillions here, so what do they care if they poison more children, it's more money for the Dr.'s. We are no longer patients, we are customers.
