I absolutely agree we should be allowing more teens to oral contraceptives and sex education to lower our teen pregnancy rate!

This is a hug lie! Teen pregnancy rates or numbers may be down, but this is due to teenagers NOT giving birth, but choosing ABORT THIER CHILD.

We should care more about sexual health. CDC reports that Over 70 million people are living with STDs in the U.S. and the members on the largest STD support site STDdatings .com has already reached 600,000+ . If you're living with one kind of STDs, may try it out and find someone understand you.

Where we are headed in the wrong direction is fairly simple.

America as a society and a nation refuses to teach, explain, and train our children the answer to a fairly simple question.

Why should you, or anyone, make a baby?

If the answer is good, enlist the children, the teens, the adults to work toward a goal of making healthy babies.

For me, the answer took a long time to arrive at (www.ItsAboutMakingBabies.com - no pictures, no porn, no bodice ripping). In general, the answer stemmed from the statement that no culture can sustain itself over 25 years without a birthrate of 2.1 per couple. I generalize that to 1.05 per adult, to defer some of the social, cultural, and religious assumptions.

An adult has a couple of ways to affect the future. One is to teach and train students. Another is to accomplish an enduring work. Yet another is to raise a child(ren) to respect and honor the values that the parent respects and values.

Communities need to assure that children in that community are raised in a wholesome manner, and that they respect and honor the values shared by that community. I might posit that a community is defined by the values of the families that reside there. Taken in larger scope, the needs and values of the state and nation are also invested, or should be, in the values that their children respect and honor.

Taking into account the social changes we call feminism and the sexual revolution, I conclude that sex is meant for procreation. Anything else is masturbation with or without a partner, and of no social consequence beyond personal interactions.

Explain to kids that we need them to grow into their family, their community, and their nation, that we need them to make healthy babies and then raise those children to honor and respect family and communal values.

Oh, and put the children and teens to work, with responsible and honorable adults. They cannot learn balanced behavior from each other, or in the artificial cauldron for social change of the US Department of Education.
