Thoughts are the way we deal with action. First we have the thought then we do the action. So if there is a time lapse between a stressfull activity and our mental picture, why dont we try to picture something positive ; like the succesfull out come of our stressfull action. Or we could sound it to ourselves by saying a positive word while mentally forcing our thoughts to think of it as a challenge a positive experience and as far as outcome goes lets just fill in the blanks. when the brain suffers from extrem stress it outs a lot of pressure on the brain. i think if you are dealing with stress it is best to just relax and breath and take a knap or somthing and relax for a few hours then try whatever it was you were doing again.

Everyone deals with stress, some more than others. Sometimes we can't prepare and have to deal with it then and there. Count three times and take a deep breath.

I've learned that in stressful situations my brain lies to me. I have to talk myself out of believing those lies before I can move forward.

I believe when we stress our selves out. I think we challenge our selves mentally before the task is done, and as it comes closer to full fill our goal , we have stressed our mental state to the point of failure. We feel if we admit failure mentally , if we do not accomplish our goal, we are not failing anyone, but ourselves. If we fail the first time , we pursue that failure , with a positive state , and are aggressive to not fail again .
