For me, having allergies etc saved me, I started 'going organic' in the '70s when it was scarce. More stores are carrying it and more demand will bring it within reach, and incidentally, I find I eat less eating organic. Maybe I'm not being starved for nutrition anymore. Wash, wash and start with switching the most polluted foods. you can find the list at ewg.org. Start with strawberries.

Grow your own, you can do a lot in a container. How much is your health worth? How much do you spend at the Dr? I hardly go to a mainstream Dr anymore.

all these articles talk about going to organic as if everyone can easily afford it... its ridiculous how the authors easily recommend buy organic food only without giving any thought of what it costs... and even if everyone start paying so much more, there is not even an enougt supply of organic produce for everyone to use that..

its like saying organic is better than non-organic but everyone can know that. this doesn't solves everyones problem and does not provide any solution to society as a whole.
