I think that if you are not feeling like yourself for days in a row and the days don't get brighter, then you need to seek help. I have been there. I was sad, but I also had physical symptoms like constant headaches, sinus infections, digestive issues, etc. which were just physical signs of stress, anxiety, and depression. I have since turned my life around and know we all have within us the power to heal and live happy lives. www.befullywell.com

I don't know if I am depressed, I often feel depressed but I dont want to get help and then it turns out I don't have anything. That would just be embarassing, and i dont want to tell anyone that i think i may have depression or any other disorder because they will just laugh at me..

I think several important tools were missed.

Of course these tools are for people that are internet savy or people who cannot afford regular therapy.

There is moodgym and then there is clarifylife.

Both attacking the problem of mood issues in very different ways.

has the a decent comparison.

Nevertheless, for people with clinical depression a real human being is the right tool. Unfortunately not everyone can afford therapy.

So the fact that all these tools are free is fantastic.

But most of the cost is not just the money, the time, the concentration and the frustration of doing the work is a cost that cannot be discounted.

It causes people to drop out.
