Health Buzz: Antidepressants Not Very Effective for Mild Depression

Reader Comments

Back to article

I was severely depressed about 10 years ago.

Zoloft save my life...literally !

I say, " Take the antidepressant if you're feeling down. Don't wait ". You don't want to be where I was....trust me.

Whose to say that the first episode of mild to moderate depression will not lead to full blown clinical depression at a following episode ?

Of course exercise releases 'feel good' chemicals, but one of the 150 growth factors the body produces in minute amounts: IGF-1 works as an anti-depressant for mental clarity. Only safely taken homeopathically, it over-the-counter and is amazing. Available as Endurance Plus at CellMemoryActivators.com, I use it and recommend it.
