At this time of the year, the mental health caseworkers tend to take time off work to be with their families. There should be subsitutes- temps, who are willing to be available for people when they most need it!

I think you should also focus on THE holiday stress THAT IS experienced by ALL persons. When I was in my 20s, I was very stressed, and extremely depressed during the holidays. Family issues, boyfriend issues, job sress, etc. I was miserable.

I am now 66 and I am doing fine. I am SICK to death of everyone making illness and stress about seniors. YOUNG people have a hell of a time during holidays and at OTHER times. Your EXPERTS should consider this.
