1st comment: they did not say all children with the lack of fear would become criminals. they also said that there are more than one factor in the developmental health of children.

2nd comment:you make no sense. are you being sarcastic? or are you just ignorant?

3rd comment: you dont train children, they are not animals or pets. you need to know the balance of punishment and treats.

I do not agree. Kids are usually fearless. I jumped on a wild horse when I was a kid does that mean I am a criminal ? No I am not.

This is a truly frightening report. The fear response (or lack thereof) is explicitly defined as a 'dysfunction' which must therefore be susceptible to 'treatment' in the interests of 'society'.

What a cornucopia of possibilities is therefore provided for social engineers who would shape human beings at birth using the tools of science.

It also strikes me that these atypical people might also be the source of some of our finest soldiers, guerillas, artists, revolutionary thinkers: in a nutshell, the source of so much grief for our innately oppressive regimes (including our so-called democratic regimes which now exercise a tyranny few people have the intelligence or will to perceive).

Killing human cereativity would solve many political problems for our masters - don't let them.

this is what happens when you don't train your child properly. to raise a child is a huge responsibility, and you must have great patience and love. but an important ingredient is to discipline your child. i don't mean to beat them, but with consistancy and appropriate punishment for misbehavior, you can train your child up appropriatly and make a happy prison free child. just as the bible tells us to spare the rod spoil the child. spare discipline, and have a ruined child. and enough parents that spare discipline, and you have an entire generation of criminals. and how full are our prisons?
