Let's begin by educating these patients that MANY of their health problems are due to a high fat, nutrionally poor diet and little exercise.

Get rid of the fried foods, packaged snack foods, fast foods, sugary sweets, carbonated beverages and too much red meat.

Have some whole grains and apples and oranges and broccoli, lots of greens and fish and poultry and get out and go for a walk.

It will do you a whole bunch more good than all those doctors and their long lists of medications.

Health care begins with SELF care! Doctors can't do for you what you refuse to do for yourself.
