Two supplements seem especially important: (1) Niaminamide (vitamin B3) shows tremendous promise. Google the latest medical studies. I take a 3,000 mg softgel purchased through the internet. (2) Fish oil tab: These are just too big. Take a Krill oil softgel from Costco, one small softgel of this equals 3,000 mg of big fish oil tabs.

I am not impressed with current prescription meds for Alzheimers. Too little effect, too late, for my relatives.

You have to work around physical limitations. My husband's low vision means he no longer moves fast, and same with my arthritic knee. We design other ways to get exercise and play verbal games. Then we laugh at ourselves!

Other suggestions welcome.

We also listen regularly to certain music--great meditaion/relaxation.
