My migraines always involve nausea. Even a sip of water causes vomiting. How can drugs help if you can't keep them down?

I've had migraines for 50 years and have tried several mainstream drugs but the only thing that's ever helped me is feverfew and ibuprofen. Also helpful, is immediately getting my hands into a hot water bath as soon as I experience the beginning signs of the attacks. I would love to try this new device, hopefully it comes on the market soon.

I have had 100% success in treating/eliminating migrains through a touch technique. It simply involves putting my hands on the head where the pain is and concentrate on removing it.

This is really disappointing end to the article. The only treatment options were drugs. Thermal biofeedback has a long history of scientifically demonstrated effectiveness with migraine equal to medication. Please accurately report ALL effective treatments, not just those pushed by pharmaceutical brain stimulation companies. I would also like to know if the author of this article is free of conflict of interest with each of the above. Given the history of these companies, government agencies and fraud in journalism, full disclosure is needed and should be required.

Interestingly there is a well known osteopathic technique known as CV4 that involves putting pressure in this same area that is known to relieve migraine headaches in some individuals. Maybe it is the pressure and not the device providing the relief.
