With this type of weather, people should really consider something like a Green Energy Barrier for their attic. It reflects the radiant heat out of their home. check it out at www.greenenergybarrier.com

Typical "advice" from health care professionals who apparently don't keep up to date with their reading. There is no valid scientific support for the belief that normal consumption of caffeinated beverages leads to dehydration. This fantasy is of the same ilk as the mythology of "iron rich spinach" and "pop rocks + coke = EXPLOSION." Caffeine is only a diuretic when consumed in excessive quantities over 500 milligrams but I would guess such facts pale in comparison to fantasies.

My expectations is that 10% of the US population will be dead in 2013, unless drastic measures are taken to save lives.

Do you folks at US News and World Report know what 'throttle' means? Man, thanks for repurposing free content and pasting a 'scary-ish' headline for clicks. Can I be reimbursed for this waste of time? No? Oh well...
Perhaps I could re-phrase the piece for the benefit of all: It's hot. It's summer and, well, this happens. When it's hot, drink more water and stay out of the sun.
If you don't know what that means, go outside with your dog and watch him. Take a few notes, and then do what he does.
He'll likely sit down in the shade, won't run too much, and will drink a little more water than usual.
That's how you'll avoid being throttled by the scary, scary heat.
'Sheesh'

This is the latest in scalar weapons our government bragged about having 5 years ago that they are using against Americans to cause misery and then they can say "we need the Carbon Tax". I wouldn't believe this but it not happening anywhere else on Earth so it has to be intentional. Read about HAARP and scalar weapons.
