As a 61 yr. old Pilates/Yoga/Fitness instructor, I see wonderful benefits in my clients who adhere to the following daily formula.

A. 7-8 hrs of sleep

B. Exercise for 60 minutes or more (a varying program of aerobics, resistance training & stretching).

C. Moderate sized meals heavy on whole grains, vegetables,fruits,and fish/fowl.

D. NO SMOKING, and light on the alcohol.

E. Interaction with social/family support groups

F. Pursuing personally satisfying and rewarding endeavors and work.
