Great article on the leading cause of blindness in those over the age of 65. Prevention is the key, as treatment is still very limited and usually does not restore lost vision. As the article suggests better health leads to better vision. Taking macular degeneration nutritional supplements and antioxidants are important, and so is eating a macular degeneration diet.
