Our son takes a combination of Cellcept and Imuran and has been in remission for several years. He is now off all prednisone and continues to do well.

I have been on CellCept both for initial treatment of LN and during remission (as maintenance therapy) for about two years now. from a frightening stage 4 LN, to complete remission, its been a thankfully successful treatment with cellcept+lowdose steroid.. i have had absolutely no side effects and looking forward to seeing CellCept being approved for maintenance therapy for LN..once the FDA approves, I am hoping the TGA is Australia will follow suit and make it available under the PBS scheme for all of us here in Australia.
