Bones May Suffer From Green Tea Consumption

I was diagnosed with chronic deficiency of Vitamin D3. I take 1000mg twice a day of Vit. D and I walk everyday in the sun and do gardening in the sun. I was puzzled when they told me that I have osteoporosis becuaseof my bones density. I started to think what have I been doing to create this deficiency, as I am always in the sun. Then I remembered, I am an avid drinker of green tea...like 8 - 10 cups of gree tea per day. I did a research on the internet and found only one artice where it said that it affects the bones. So I stopped drinking green tea immediately...now after two months I went to check my Vit D levels and my bone density test and all is normal. I loved green tea and was an advocate for geen tea...but what it did to my bones, I do not recommend if you have bone problems or osteoporosis in the family.
