Great information!

Actually most of the sites that can be found on google top pages does not offer cheap prices on health insurance. If you want to find really cheap prices, you'll have to search more...

I spend almost a month, searching cheap sites that offer health insurance, and I found only a few ...

Here is one of them:

http://www.NationalHealthInsurance.info

You can save up to 40% on your health insurance ...

Hope that helps.

Dear Rick and Connie Hedrick,

If you are going to be cruising abroad or in and out of US ports, then it sounds like you need more than travel insurance. I would recommend and international medical policy which insures you worldwide, including the US. We specialize in finding international health insurance solutions and I will be glad to speak with you more. You can feel free to call or email me. We are located in Gilbert, Arizona and you can reach us at 800-647-4589 or 480-821-9052 or via email at adam@globalcitizeninsurance.com. There is an insurer out there called Independence American who has, as a part of their standard issue major medical policies, clauses covering you for up to 90 days on an emergency basis when you travel out of the country. Independence Ameican is a NY based insurer and they write coverage in most of the country. This coverage is a part of their basic coverage and not supplemental insurance.

If you plan to do extensive traveling for several years (we plan to cruise the south pacific on our own sail boat), does anybody out there have suggestions as to what insurerer to use or type of plan to have? We have thought of a high deductible ($5,000 to $10,000) major medical plan but have not done any investigation as of yet (trip is a year away).

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
