In case you were not aware, the new research STRONGLY linking common allergies/asthma to simple vitamin D deficiency is STUNNING.

After having suffered asthma/allergies for decades I read the research and tried vitamin D supplementation/sensible sunbathing and experienced a miracle.

My asthma is in complete remission for 5+ years. I supplement NOTHING else, nor to do I require even a Kleenex to manage my condition.

I have passed this experience, and research data, to friends and relatives. Without exception every one of them had major improvements in their conditions, or, like me, TOTAL REMISSION.

I raised my blood level vitamin D to a score of 65 ng/ml, 25 OH. This is well within the healthy range (50-80 ng/ml) and my life has changed forever. I have not had a cold, flu, body ache, headache (especially in winter) bleeding gum, bone pain, back ache, muscle pain (I work out hard), muscle pull, tendonitis, or a bad day in those 5+ years.

Physicians and medical professionals are very far behind in understanding the new vitamin D research. Accordingly do your own study and check the facts.

Also be aware that vitamin D deficiency is America's most critical health issue by a wide margin.
