i myself just recently went through a horrific ordeal with a resturaunt that even after being told i was severly allergic paid no attention, and theres little to no help for us when it comes to getting something done about it,these halfbut resturaunts are over looked and have no consiquences if they cross contaminate half dont even report it to their insurance.it angers me that my four young children almost lost their mother due to someone being so careless with customers request, smaller resturaunts need to be held accountable,so where does it start.

Just have to point out that it is in no way EASY to keep a food allergic person safe at home either. I takes reading each and every label every time you buy a product. And the labeling is very confusing. And you also have to call all the compaines to find out if their labels are trustworthly. So please don't belittle the severe struggle that food allergic families face every second of everyday for the rest of our lives.

I had a restaurant person respond to my son's allergy to wheat by saying, "Well, flour is ok, right? Besides, it is cooked."

While FOOD Allergy is a serious condition, it is important to remember that the Progression of Allergy Disease which begins at Birth ( Called Allergy MARCH ) starts with Allergy to FOOD and "Re-Invents Itself" to Respiratory on it's way to Allergic Asthma by Age 4-8.

A simple early Ige Allergy Blood will Test ID if Allergy March has begun in your Child allowing you to begin Immuno-Allergy DROPs for Enviro Allergens and diet modification for FOODs.
