On three visits to Europe (England, France, Italy, Switzerland) I never once saw a warning about peanuts or allergies anywhere except on the US carrier flying us over there. Is North America the only place in the world with an allergy problem?

No food products or restaurants post anything.

Why is North America the only area that seems to have these problems?

Allergy Parents of Allergy Children...

> Pls remember that the lifetime progression of allergy disease ..called Allergy MARCH begins shortly after birth ( Allergy to Egg or Milk ) manifesting with Eczema > then ReInvents itself to Respiratory on its way to Allergic Asthma by Age 4-8.

Far to often you hear that a Child will Out Grow their FOOD allergies or the symptoms thereof ( Eczema) when in reality the Allergy MARCH has moved on to Respiratory.

Further, a simple IgE allergy Blood Test is the first Step to identifying if Allergy MARCH has begun in your Child cutting thru like symptoms of cold... Based on this Heads UP Allergy Insight Parents can move accordingly to guard against migration to Allergic ASTHMA.

I might also add that "Allergy Medical Professionals" only "Acknowledge" IgE medicated "Health Issues" as "Allergy"... The result > Delayed food allergy sources are totally ignored and therefore not treated ...which are 80% of all Food Issues.

A perfect example is someone who goes to an allergist with FOOD Issues .. only to be told that they do ot have a Wheat / Gluten "Allergy" .. the Allergist ..because of their exclusive IgE focus does not even consider or recommend that a Gastro Doc should be considered in that it may be a Gluten / Intolerance issue.

Research indicates that a Celiac Patient goes to over 6-8 Docs before they finally "find" a Doc whose "Expertise" matches their health issue.

While there is much to be aware regarding FOOD allergy .. an important point often not mentioned is that Allergy MARCH which begins with FOOD Allergy migrates to Respiratory on its way to Allergic ASTHMA.

Back in the Old Days > Parents reminded their Kids not to forget their Lunch before going to School ..

Now Days .. they remind their Kids not to forget their Nebulizer or Epi Pen.

While there is No Cure for Allergic ASTHMA > It can be Prevented .. and FOOD Allergy recognition / management is the first Step.

Best Health = Wealth Regards
