Yogurt

Yogurt is a great source of calcium (and, in some cases, vitamin D). Both those nutrients can be found in other dairy products, says Blatner. But yogurt is also praised for its probiotic properties, which are tougher to come by. "It's those darn bugs that really get you," she says. She suggests kefir and even some probiotic-spiked cottage cheeses.
