This is a favorite, but to get the health benefits of omega-3 acids, you can also branch out to other fatty fish such as mackerel, albacore tuna, herring, and sardines. Blatner says the latter are growing in popularity; they're environmentally friendly and don't raise the mercury concerns posed by the consumption of larger fish.
