I stumbled upon http://bitescore.com and thought I should share it because it brings restaurant inspections easy to find on the website. Also, it works with Seamless, Zagat, OpenTable, and more!

Karin....I think you need to find a new room mate

I live with a wealthy lady that dumpster dives, bringing home her catch and putting it in our refrigerator. That's bad enough, but then it sits there for weeks along with old veggies, fruits and sauces in small containers. It gets better. She cooks old fish that smells so horrible and can you believe she eats it. I'm sick just writing this.

Is her stash of undelectables contaminating the food I bring in? I'm thinking yes. I keep my fresh food no more than two days and prepared food three in tightly closed containers. Also I'm contantly cloroxing and cleaning everything from head to toe, washing my hands.

Some how I need to scare the moulding refried beans out of her. HELP!!!!! Karin

It's a good idea to cover and space all refrigerated food at least a quarter inch apart, so air can circulate freely.
