Great ideas but I need something more to fill up. Any ideas to substitute bread and meat for flavor?

Great ideas but what does one do to substitute meat? I need to be filled and veggies alone doesn't do it.

I believe Fiber is the best way to cut on bad cholesterol. I have come across this new Psyllium product FIBAFIT which is suppose to be super rich in Psyllium fiber. Has anyone tried it yet? I have seen it on Amazon. Any help appreciated.

For folks looking for a no-cholesterol product, one can substitute Vegenaise for mayonaise. It tastes just as good, and you do not have to worry about the egg contents going bad. P.S. I have no financial interest in Vegenaise, I just think the product's great.
