Mostly of consumable fiber in the Market has been studied by the scientist and the result no one has bad effect. One kind of fiber that I consumes everyday for almost 4 years already and I think gives me complete benefit... called PSYLLIUM husk from banana seeds.

I read some articles from critics that tried to disparage people about this product (Psyllium), but their explanation will contradict its concept.

The Psyllium is a 100% fiber consisting of many natural minerals and Vitamins. They even used it to many FDA products such laxatives which is indicated many warnings e.g. "METAMUCIL." Psyllium has no warnings because it is a natural as a whole.

JUST one year consuming Psyllium has already significant changes of my self. Such e.g. lowered my bad cholesterol from 265 to 205, maintained my sugar always 86 to 92 reading never reach 100, maintained and cleaned my GI tract. Also it will prevent infections from gastrointestinal because the psyllium will mix into the fecal and form as a gel and absorbs the acids that can hurt the lining of the colon.

The essential of the fecal that formed like a gel will separate from the colon lining to give freedom our colon to hail from the bruised of the underlying soft tissue cause by the acids, that would be one of the very significant work done by the PSYLLIUM.

From the significant work done by the PSYLLIUM I think it is much better if we help our colon to hail from infections by taking PRO-BIOTIC with billions of good bacteria to fight the bad bacteria. The PRO-BIOTIC has more chances to eliminate the bad bacteria harbored from bruises and infections causes by the acids because now has a freedom from messy fecal.

Think common sense, if you want to live longer. Don't be bothered from one-sided critics that maybe tried to protect the capabilities of the Drugs and put it down the capabilities of the herbal remedies.

It is interesting study and goes well with the earlier research, excepting it is more prominently describing the benefits of fiber from grain. Earlier fiber from vegetables and fruits was also emphacised with the same reason.

I think most Fiber is but there is probably the unhealthy kind out there somewhere... there is always an unhealthy kind of something!
