It might be nice if someone specified what "coffee" actually is good for us. Is it brewed/filtered coffee (what if it has been left to stew for a couple of hours whilst being kept warm) or is instant coffee as good. What about milk, does that negate the benefits, so that having a cappuchino or a latte is of no benefit at all

Despite whatever 'findings' this article contains, coffee is BAD for you, bad for your skin, causes anxiety, can cause stroke, and alters your brain chemistry, decreases the quality of your sleep and eventually, for some people renders them for apt to get angry. It can also cause delusions.

Quit coffee for about 5 days and you'll suddenly notice what a delusional psychotic society we live in

I've been drinking coffee since I was 5 months old literally because of my grandma is from Guatemala, where coffe is there major export and people have been telling me that it's going to stunt my growth or I'm going to die sooner. I'm 17 and I'm extremly healthy thanks to coffee plus my grandparents are well in there late 90's and they've been drinking coffe since possibly since invented. So yeah to all you coffee Nazis, shut up and have a cup of Joe.

There are lots of good reasons to drink coffee. Especially when it is our coffee, full of antioxidants, etc.
