Who is this idiot? Everyone knows that wearing polyester/synthetics during exercise causes your body to overheat, sweat even more, and become dehydrated, or can cause stroke. NEVER wear synthetics to excercise, specially in the hot sun. Always wear light-weight cotton that will breathe and allow your body to cool as you workout.

You guys are all doing this why do you thank an invisble man who isnt there, drink plenty of water eat proper and dont over do it isnt rocket science. A home made smoothy 2 hours before you go out excercising gives me the energy to mnt bike 20 miles a day and plenty of water usually drink a gallon of water a day now.

hi, im a 33 year-old male from the philippines...for more than 10 years, i could say that i have totally abuse my body through alcohol drinking, some vices and bad eating habits. early this year, i almost developed hypertension. did take maintenance meds for about a week. one fine day, doctor advised me to stop medication & starting that point, i've work hard almost everyday to stay fit & watch my diet. it's more than 4 months of struggle & battle with the effects of unhealthy body. but now, i can say that through self-discipline, dedication & the right knowledge about the food we eat...i feel rejuvenated and healthy than ever before. i consider this experience a life-changing one....a second chance that life has given me. to God be the glory!

I DRINK IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKE UP (IN INTERVALLS )1 LITER

OF TAPEWATER; I EXERCISE FOR 20 MINUTES (STRECHING) REST FOR A WHILE - READING MORNINGNEWS - AFTER SHOWER AND A FRUITFUL BREAKFAST I AM FIT FOR THE DAY!

IN THE EVENING WHILST WATCHING TV-NEWS I DO ANOTHER 10 MINUTES

OF EXERCISES FOR MY BACKBONE.

I DRINK DURIG THE DAY APPROX. ONE TO ONE/HALF LITER OF

FRUITJUICES - WATER - FRUITYOGHOURTS AND MORE OF SOME KIND LIQUID FRUITSTUFF!

NO REAL MEALS DURING THE DAY - BUT- VEGETABLE-DISHES (SALADS)!

I AM 70 YEARS -

FEEL LIKE ? 40 or 50 ? LOOK LIKE 50 or 60 ?

SUMMER SWIMMING IN OUR BEAUTIFUL LAKES - OR HIKING IN OUR BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS - IN WINTER SKIING AND OTHER WINTERACTIVITIES !

I AM IN GOOD SHAPE - AND FRESHMINDET !

Doing this seventeen plan and it work. Gp buy Seventeen mag. August issue, there ie a workout for 6 weeks and it works. If u want to try it do it i see improvement.

i powerwalk 4 miles everyday in 45 minutes, a few very steep butt kicking hill! i drink a full bottle of water beforehand, dress lightly and carry a frozen bottle of water. i walk when its very humid, hot never had any problems!

I find that most Indoor Malls, open an hour early and allow walking. It's total air conditioned, no Rain, or Wind..and it's better than skipping your 30 minute power walk, because of the rain, wind and Heat....try it !! Most malls are open to walking from 9:00 to 10:00..some even open around 8:00 to give a nice 2 hour walking before shops open...
