Lab-Grown Urethra Used to Replace Damaged Tube

I have had my urethra tube removed because of years of being dilated. I have been cut all the way down between my sack. i would love to be able to be put back to being normal again. I have trouble with ereaction and other problems. I would love to hear from you.
